    • Baldwin launches new portfolio of PREPAC® Advanced products - New formula will optimize cleaning performance in UV printing

      Baldwin has developed a new and advanced series of PREPAC® cleaning products for Blanket and Impression Cylinder cleaning. The new PREPAC® Advanced is an even more efficient cleaning product with an advanced formula based on new components. First out is the PREPAC® Advanced for Sheetfed UV, followed by our new products PREPAC® Advanced for Commercial Web and PREPAC® Advanced for Newspaper presses.

      The PREPAC® concept with a pre-impregnated Cleaning cloth was developed by Baldwin and introduced to the market at DRUPA in 1995. Since then the market has expanded and today many new presses are standard PREPAC® or can be fitted with PREPAC® as an option.

      All our PREPAC® products are customized All-In-One concept with full product- and process know-how support.

      PREPAC® UV Advanced will be launched at DRUPA.

      The new Advanced technology will also be available through Komori and their K-Supply products.

      STIPA in France is one of several customers who have tested the new
      PREPAC® UV Advanced. William Lautie, Production Manager at STIPA, comments;
      “The PREPAC® technology is already known to us through Komori K-Supply. The main advantages are constant cleaning quality and productivity gains in a better environment. With the new PREPAC® Advanced, we see further improvements when it comes to cleaning time and quality as well as waste savings.”
