The Product
During the production, the dampening solution gradually becomes dirty and gets more and more contaminated with impurities, such as dust, lint, emulsified ink, microorganisms and many other things. These substances impair the functionality of the fountain solution and decimate the printing quality.
BALDWIN’s Longlife Filtration Cleaning & Disposal Management LCDM combines a mechanical filtration process by cross flow filtration and a chemical filtration process by an adsorption process to clean the dampening water completely.
