lR Drying Systems
GraphiSet GS4 is an IR dryer for sheet fed presses with a high pile delivery and a coater. It can be installed in most new or old high pile delivery presses on the market. It offers the possibility to eliminate the use of spray powder during production with water based coatings. That together with shorter drying times assures very high gloss as well as longer intervals between cleaning of the press. To be able to back up the pile or start guillotining without waiting increases the productivity of the press and reduces the need for floor space. GraphiSet GS4 is the complete drying system for drying of ink on paper, card and carton, but also suitable for drying of water based coatings and ink 2-10 g/m2, wet. Developed for drying at full press speeds.
