Baldwin IVT AB has more than 4500 dryer installations on sheet fed offset presses, worldwide. In fact, we installed the first dryer already back in 1973. Since 1994, we have installed 550 dryers on Heidelberg presses, 60 on KBA presses, 1300 on Komori presses, 260 on Mitsubishi presses, 20 on Sakurai presses, 60 on Shinohara presses, 60 on Ryobi presses, 20 on Manugraph presses, 10 on Adast presses and 200 on MAN Roland presses. These installations have been made on a variety of press models, ranging from a 340 mm wide low pile press to a 1620 mm wide high pile press with coater/coaters and extended delivery. In power this relates to a range from 6 kw up to 150 kW.

We also design, build and sell web offset dryers for book and newspaper printing. We are responsible for more than 200 installations worldwide. These installations have been made on Timsons, MAN, Solna, Goss, SHM and Harris presses. The installed power of these installations ranges between 40 and 400 kW. We also have dryers on all 8 presses at the largest flexo newspaper printer in the world, at the Daily Mail in London.
