The new generation of blanket cleaning systems from Baldwin offers multi-position, state-of-the-art technology as a precise and economical method for cleaning one or two blankets with a minimum of effort and cleaning agent. The combination of simple design and high reliability and safety makes the system ideal for cleaning at any speed. The system is equipped with a PREPAC®-cleaning cartridge replacing containers, pumps and tubes.

PREPAC, the pre-impregnated cloth, was introduced together with the Baldwin Impact system more than 10 years ago, and today more than 10,000 customers are using this highly effective and environmentally efficient product. The two main components of the PREPAC are the cleaning agent and the cleaning medium. These have been developed, and are constantly being refined, in co-operation with the OEMs, leading blanket suppliers and printing process experts around the world.
