Fountain Solution Circulating and Cooling for Spray Dampening Systems

The DailyLiner units are available either in air-cooled or water-cooled versions and operate at ambient temperatures of up to 42°C. For cooling BALDWIN uses the refrigerant R 134 A which differs from other refrigerants in several ways. R 134 A is an outstanding environmental friendly refrigerant which does not contain any ozone-depleting chlorine. It is available all over the world since it is used by many well-known automotive manufacturers. Due to lower pressures, the R 134 A may still be used when ambient temperatures are relatively high

Depending on the type and model concerned, the cooling capacity ranges between 2 and 15 KW. With the water- cooled version, the cooling water temperature is max. 40°C, therefore re-cooling by another refrigerating unit at high operating cost will not be required in most cases. The electrical connection of the cooling water supply cabinet can be integrated into the DailyLiner.
