Litho Spray™ Maxima

With Litho Spray Maxima high quality spray dampening system, Baldwin Technology strengthens its position as a global leader in supplying auxiliary equipment for the printing industry. The “hearts” of the dampening system are the valves and nozzles that have to provide a consistent dampening at all times. In the Baldwin Litho Spray Maxima, our newly developed valves and nozzles are built into a robust framework, where all details are in non-corrosive materials. The result is better round-the-clock productivity in your operation. Baldwin valve and nozzle assemblies incorporate the use of U-59, a stable sealing material that withstands ink and blanket wash chemistry, thus making it possible to operate the spray dampening system in a closed loop with a dampening solution recovery. The U-59 also allows precision never before seen in spray dampening systems.
