A Breakthrough Development in Web Cleaning

The special aerodynamic nozzle, which is positioned within a very close distance of the web surface generates through the combination of vacuum in the cleaning module and extremely high velocity air flow (>50 m/sec.), which flows along the web surface to the nozzle edge and into the cleaning module. This high velocity airflow breaks the boundary layer on the web and forces the particles that were trapped in this layer into the cleaning module. The compact design minimizes the space requirements for installation.
