Blanket by Web Cleaning System
Baldwin’s Blanket by Web Cleaning System is an investment, labor and environmentally efficient way of extending the interval between manual blanket washes. Blanket by Web system applies a low VOC solvent directly to the web (via an applicator system in the reel room) and then just as the web reaches the blanket instructs the Litho Spray dampening system to deliver a precisely controlled flush of water, which causes the moving web to remove and carry lint and ink from the blankets.
