Fountain solution ready for use automatically
The BALDWIN CombiLiner automatically mixes the fountain solution by the integrated Automix AMX 227D which is standard equipment– exactly to your parameters and reproducible at any time. The CombiLiner meters the 2-propanol and the fountain solution concentrate in percent by volume. During printing, the temperature of the fountain solution is continuously maintained at the pre-selected level by cooling in the circuit. BALDWIN offers the IpaSonic measuring system for exact measuring and metering of the 2-pro-panol concentration in the fountain solution as standard equipment. IpaSonic utilises the ultrasonic compression of liquid principle. The main advantage of the IpaSonic is no gradual deterioration of measuring values due to salt ingress and other contamination returning from the print processed fountain solution. Thanks to precise accurate measuring with the IpaSonic, unnecessary 2-propanol metering and increased consumption are avoided.
