In its complaint, Baldwin alleges that Siebert has infringed one or more claims of three of its U.S. Patents which relate to PREPAC® cleaning rolls used in connection with Baldwin's IMPACT® cleaning systems. The complaint seeks both damages and a preliminary and permanent injunction against Siebert's infringement.
Shaun Kilfoyle, Vice President, responsible for the Company's domestic operations, said: "This lawsuit was brought to enforce our patents on technology valuable to Baldwin and because Siebert continued sales efforts after we sent them notice of our patents.
