(AMEX: BLD), a global leader in process automation technology for the printing industry, announced today that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders, originally scheduled for Tuesday, November 13, 2007, has been postponed in order to allow the Company to review its capital structure as it relates to the Company’s proposal to create a class of Serial Preferred Stock.
